Welcome to MindLift Scholars. By accessing our website or enrolling in our tutoring services, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using our website, booking a class, or enrolling a student, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services. MindLift Scholars uses Google Sign-In for authentication and Google Calendar to schedule online classes and generate Google Meet links. No Google user data is stored or shared.

2. Services Offered

MindLift Scholars provides online mathematics tutoring for students from Class 1 to Class 8.
Our services include:

  • 1-to-1 live online classes

  • Personalized learning plans

  • Progress tracking and academic support

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time.

3. Eligibility

  • Services are intended for school-going students under parental or guardian supervision.

  • Parents or legal guardians are responsible for enrolling students and managing payments.

4. Class Scheduling & Attendance

  • Classes are scheduled based on availability and selected time slots.

  • Parents must inform us in advance if a student cannot attend a class.

  • Missed classes without prior notice may not be rescheduled.

5. Payments & Pricing

  • All fees are clearly communicated before enrollment.

  • Payments must be made in advance on a monthly basis unless stated otherwise.

  • Prices are subject to change with prior notice.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the website, including text, graphics, lesson materials, and branding, is the property of MindLift Scholars and may not be copied or distributed without written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

MindLift Scholars is not responsible for:

  • Internet or technical issues on the user’s side

  • Academic outcomes beyond reasonable instructional effort

  • Any indirect or incidental damages

8. Termination of Services

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services if:

  • Terms are violated

  • Payments are not completed

  • Inappropriate behavior is observed

9. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by applicable laws, and any disputes shall be handled accordingly.
